Unfortunately, we are unable to print letters confirming your covid vaccination status. Pease follow the link below to the NHS Inform website where you can access and print your vaccination record as required.

Our online booking system is currently switched off to allow us to triage appointment requests as appropriate.  This is in line with NHS Guidance.  Repeat prescriptions can still be ordered via the online portal.

Coronavirus -  Do not attend the Surgery if you have symptoms which you think could be related to this condition.

We are unable to accept routine patient registrations at this time, our workload capacity is not able to meet current demand on our service.

Repeat Prescriptions

We would like to remind patients repeat prescription requests are available 3 working days after your request has been handed in. If you have requested a non-repeat item, this may take a little longer to process as the doctor has to review your requirement in more detail.

Travel Vaccinationsglobal air travel

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you will need to complete a Travel Questionnaire (available from the Practice).  Once you have completed the questionnaire you can make an appointment to see the Practice Nurse to discuss your travel arrangements.

There is further information about countries and vaccinations required on the links below:

Europe Europe & Russia North America North America
Central America Central America South America South America & Antarctica
Caribbean Caribbean Africa Africa
Middle East Middle East Central Asia Asia (Central)
East Asia Asia (East)Australasia Australasia and Pacific

It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible - at least 6 weeks before you travel - as a second appointment may be required with the practice nurse to receive additional vaccinations.

Vaccines are given on prescription and you should ensure that once dispensed the vaccines are stored exactly as specified by the Pharmacist.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.

Travel Health Questionnaire

To help us offer the appropriate advice, please complete the Travel Questionnaire, which is available from reception or by printing from the link below.  Once you complete / return the form you will be offered a consultation with the Practice Nurse (usually around 2 weeks from when you return the form).
