We now have a dedicated email address for requesting prescriptions.

Please use this email address to order your medications - please note, we are unable to reply to each request to confirm receipt - you should still allow 3 working days for your prescription to be processed

Covid-19 Vaccination Status

Unfortunately, we are unable to print letters confirming your covid vaccination status. Pease follow the link below to the NHS Inform website where you can access and print your vaccination record as required.

Our online booking system is currently switched off to allow us to triage appointment requests as appropriate.  This is in line with NHS Guidance.  Repeat prescriptions can still be ordered via the online portal.

Coronavirus -  Do not attend the Surgery if you have symptoms which you think could be related to this condition.

We are unable to accept routine patient registrations at this time, our workload capacity is not able to meet current demand on our service.

Repeat Prescriptions

We would like to remind patients repeat prescription requests are available 3 working days after your request has been handed in. If you have requested a non-repeat item, this may take a little longer to process as the doctor has to review your requirement in more detail.

All our appointments are stored on computer. When making an appointment you will be asked your name and address and asked to confirm your date of birth.

If all appointments are taken for the day, the first available appointment will be offered. If you request a SPECIFIC doctor there may be a delay.

If you feel that your condition needs attention that day, you will be offered a call-back from a doctor so that they can triage your symptoms and offer you an appointment or treatment as necessary. Depending on the Doctor's assessment of your symptoms, you may be offered an "Emergency appointment" to be seen by our Advanced Nurse Practitioner on the day, an "urgent appointment" to be seen the following day or a "routine appointment" to be seen later in the week.

We do not have the facility to book doctor’s appointments on-line at present.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to offer the slot to someone else.  You can also cancel appointments on-line if you are registered for on-line services.  If you are cancelling an appointment in the evening surgery, please do this before 6pm as our telephone lines are switched to Out of Hours at that time.
